Product Finishes - Most of the products that are shown on this web-site are built, painted and antiqued by hand to give a unique, time-worn look. These kinds of finishing processes may cause variations in color, finish, stain and the overall look of the product. Therefore, no two items will look alike. Most products are constructed from pine and solid birch plywood. Due to the nature of pine drawers and doors will not always slide and close completely flush. Cracks, knots, splits and variations in finish add to the over all charector of the piece and are not considered defects.
Lead Times - Because each item is manufactured when ordered, lead times may vary. Please contact us by email orders@justyouandmehomedecor or by phone at 435-755-8471. We can then give you the date your item will be completely manufactured and the shipping and arrival dates. Furniture items should follow under a 4-6 week manufacturing schedule. Holiday items, children's decor and other items that are not classified under furniture will have a 2-3 week manufacturing schedule. Rush orders are available. Please contact us for more information.

Our Return Policy - You may return most items sold by justyouandmehomedecor.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us with information about why order needs to be returned, before returning. We will also pay shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item which is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any items which has obvious signs of use
- Any item which is not in its original conditon, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Shipping - Shipping costs are listed on most of the items under description. This shipping/freight amount is in U.S. Dollars and applies to surface or ground shipping/freight by common carrier in the Continental United States only. Priority and Standard Air shipments, air and sea shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all other destinations outside the Continental United States by quotation or proforma invoice only.
